Jerry Price was the salesman extraordinaire! Since it was a bit of a trek for me, I bombarded him with phone calls asking all the things I’d ask of him if I was there. He was always helpful and nice, very helpful and I was nearly positive I was gonna buy the 2019 Ford Explorer. I just needed to take her for a drive. I fell in love. So happy with the whole staff and Jerry was fabulous! I’ll send everyone looking for a carto Jerry.

I was back and forth on buying a new car and didn’t even have what I wanted in mind. Alex was perfect. I just told him the features I wanted vs what I needed. He found me the perfect car, with way more features than I thought possible with my budget. He was easy to work with, quick with the process, and even offered to BRING me a car to test drive. Just amazing.

He was easy to work with, kept me in my budget though far exceeding all the features I thought I could get in a car. He offered to bring me a car to test drive so it was at my most convenience. And when I left a backpack in a rental he brought it back to me. Just amazing.

Fantastic customer service We’ve just bought a car at Weber Ford in Granite City. Chris Phillips was our salesman and from the start Chris was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly and not at all pushy. He made sure that we were OK at every stage of the transaction, and encouraged us to test drive the car because he wanted us to be 100% certain that we were happy with it. We highly recommend this dealership. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by how great the team at Weber Ford in Granite City are: Chris our main salesman, Matt from finance and all of the staff that we met are extremely customer oriented, approachable, friendly and helpful. They all congratulated us on our purchase, made sure we had our belongings from our old vehicle, which we nearly forgot, and despite being busy with other customers managed to make all of the customers feel attended to and cared for. Even though this Ford dealership is not our closest one, we will continue to have the car serviced there, because we want to support a business that makes customer satisfaction a priority.
