Everything was great from start to finish. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They got my car done on my schedule whole I was working. Bought a car from Damen Hartwick last month and we were in and out very quickly-huge perk! He was not overly pushy on the sale of the vehicle and was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the entire process. Had a breakdown on a Saturday. The service center was closed but they had an overnight drop box so we could drop off the car and get a rental. They contacted us on Monday to walk through the diagnostic process and kept us updated. Turns out they were able to complete repairs and get us on the road in time for us to return the rental without much disruption to our travel itinerary. Very grateful that they were able to work with us and provide the service we needed.

This is service!!! Chris was extremely helpful. Above and beyond service. I didn't think I'd be going home in a new car that day but he helped make it possible. My credit isn't the best but that's not how I was treated. 'There's no magic wand' as he stated but I promise you wouldn't know it. From Sales to finance these are the go to guys at Weber Ford.
