Alex made it really easy I hate buying cars and he talked
Alex made it really easy I hate buying cars and he talked to me first to see what I really wanted and we were able to find a car. My only issue was I wish they would have shown me some features on car. Everything is on line and i am still trying to figure out the buttons. The finance guy was nice but talked way too Fast we forgot to take the tire package out of total price we had decided to not get it. It then it was too late. I would still Recommend Weber ford.

Absolutely cannot say enough good about our salesmen Luke! He made the entire process seamless from start to finish, plus he took the time to explain things and answer the questions we had! Matt in finance was great as well, had us in and out in no time and got us a great rate & warranty! We did have a not so great experience with the used car Manager Johnny , he completely brushed us off as not being serious customers and to be completely honest had it not been for Luke we would have walked out and bought elsewhere. Overall Thanks to Luke, Matt and the new car manager Ryan we are completely satisfied with our purchase and will definitely be sending people their way

Rob Waters took great care of me, had the vehicle clean and ready to go for me, gave me top dollar for my trade in. Matt Osborne in finance handled all my paper work and I everything went seamless. I was in and out with a new vehicle in about 3 hours. The last place I purchased from I spent 7 hours there and still had to return the next day. Weber Ford will be my go to for all future purchases.

This was my first time ordering a vehicle directly from the manufacturer. We chose Weber Ford in Granite City based on reviews elsewhere. Our salesman Alex Carver and employee Tim Coffman were always on top of my Bronco status and kept me updated through the whole process. They were beyond AMAZING and patient with my endless texts, calls and questions!!! Matt Osborne in financing was full of knowledge and went through all of the available options for financing, extended warranties and add ons. Overall, the entire Weber Ford staff was phenomenal; there were no games or no hidden fees - just great communication and support because buying a vehicle should not be stressful. We love our Fords, and will only be buying from them from now on. In fact, we've already placed another new car order!!!

Damen our salesman was personable and knowledgeable. AQ the finance manager was very easy to deal with and upfront. Manager Johnny Webber was super helpful with our trades and gave us more for both than we’d been quoted elsewhere. Everyone there was awesome with our toddler who spent the whole day with us.
